Hydration

Dehydration occurs due to several factors. You may have had a long night of drinking, a strong workout session, an illness, or you may have stayed in the sun for a prolonged amount of time. While drinking water is a good way of hydrating your body, water does not contain the electrolytes (minerals) that you body needs; you may also need to consume electrolytes which your body does not produce – they are needed to maintain healthy muscles function and balance the ph in your blood
